Fix: Inserting bullet/number list makes Word/Outlook 2003 Crash

Solution1:
1. Run regedit.
2. Drill down the following keys:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Software
Microsoft
Office
11.0
Word

3. Right click on List Gallery Presets
4. Click Export if you want to be on the safe side (then just save it onto your desktop)
5. Go back to the Registry Editor and right click on List Gallery Presets
6. Click Delete

4. Click Export if you want to be on the safe side (then just save it onto your desktop)
5. Go back to the Registry Editor and right click on Data
6. Click Delete

Note: the 11.0 key can be different in other versions of office (i.e. 12.0 for 2007, 14.0 for 2010).
